This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LycanShield software licenses and subscription services provided by KRAC TECHNOLOGIES LLC and processed through Paddle.
Customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the original purchase.
Refund requests submitted within this 30-day period will be handled in accordance with this Refund Policy and Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Payments for LycanShield subscriptions and software licenses may be processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
Refund requests for purchases processed by Paddle may be submitted through Paddle's buyer support system.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method wherever possible.
LycanShield subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation of a subscription does not limit any refund rights available under this Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable policies, or applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide customers with rights that are more favorable than those described in this Refund Policy, those statutory rights will apply.
Customers who purchased LycanShield through Paddle may request a refund through Paddle's buyer support system.
When submitting a refund request, customers should provide the email address used for the purchase and sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction.
Purchases processed through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
If there is any inconsistency concerning Paddle's processing of a transaction or refund, Paddle's applicable terms and policies will govern Paddle's role as Merchant of Record.
