These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LycanShield, a software-based game security, anti-cheat, client integrity, license management, and related security service operated by KRAC TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("LycanShield", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, accessing, installing, or using LycanShield products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, access, install, or use LycanShield.
LycanShield provides software and related services designed primarily for game server operators and software administrators.
Depending on the selected product or plan, LycanShield may provide features including:

No security software can guarantee prevention or detection of every possible attack, modification, cheat, exploit, or unauthorized activity. LycanShield is provided as a security solution intended to reduce and manage such risks.
Customers may be required to create a LycanShield account and provide accurate information in order to purchase and use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, license information, API credentials, integration keys, and other authentication information associated with your account.
You must promptly notify us if you reasonably believe that your account or credentials have been compromised.
Subject to these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, KRAC TECHNOLOGIES LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the applicable LycanShield software and services for the duration of your active license or subscription.

Certain LycanShield products are offered as recurring subscriptions.
The applicable price, currency, billing period, and subscription terms are displayed before checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
For purchases processed through Paddle, the payment and order process is conducted by our authorized reseller, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions and is responsible for processing payments, applicable sales taxes, invoices, billing-related customer service, and refunds in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or an applicable refund right, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Where a subscription was purchased through Paddle, customers may also manage or cancel their subscription using the subscription management options provided by Paddle.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and, where the transaction is processed by Paddle, Paddle's applicable buyer and refund policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
LycanShield is security software and may require frequent updates in response to changes in operating systems, game clients, security threats, vulnerabilities, or circumvention techniques.
We may update, modify, replace, add, or remove functionality where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or develop the service.
Customers may be required to install current versions of LycanShield components to continue using the service.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, network problems, third-party providers, security incidents, attacks, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other technical issues.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to minimize service interruptions.
You may not use LycanShield:
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a customer is materially violating these Terms, abusing the service, creating security risks, or engaging in unlawful activity.
LycanShield and its associated software, source code, object code, security technologies, documentation, designs, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to KRAC TECHNOLOGIES LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription or license does not transfer ownership of LycanShield software or intellectual property to the customer.
LycanShield is intended to improve software and game-client security. However, no security system can provide absolute protection against every current or future attack technique.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRAC TECHNOLOGIES LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use LycanShield.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to LycanShield where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized redistribution, or a significant threat to the security or integrity of our systems.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, security requirements, or applicable laws.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
